M&M® Roll-out Sugar Cookies

These M&M® Roll-Out Sugar Cookies are like a party in every bite—colorful, chewy, and packed with melty chocolate goodness!

M&M® Roll-Out Sugar Cookies

Yields 12 cookies

Ingredients

• 1 C Unsalted Butter

• 3/4 C Sugar

• 1/4 C Brown Sugar

• 1 Large egg

• 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

• 3 C Flour

• 3/4 tsp. salt

• 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder

• 1 C Classic M&M® candies

• ½ C Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

1. Cream the butter and sugars.

2. Add egg and vanilla.

3. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

4. Mix in chocolate chips. 

5. Roll out dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs. 

6. Preheat oven to 375°F

7. Cut out in desired shapes and bake for 10-12 minutes

For royal icing: add 1-2 tsp vanilla extract to your icing.
