How do I place an order?
To place a custom order, click on the "Order Cookies/ Contact" tab. Be sure to include the theme, style or design you would like. If you are unsure, let us know what they are for and we can help make suggestions. Once the form is submitted, we will reach out to customize your order request.
Please note- we only take a limited amount of orders per month. Please be sure to send the date of your event to confirm availability.
Shipping
Order Processing Time
All merchandise orders are processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for physical merchandise:
• Standard Shipping: Starts at $5.00 – typically arrives in 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Starts at $15.00 – typically arrives in 2–3 business days
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship baked goods or cookies—only physical merchandise such as tools, apparel, or other shop items.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Payment
An invoice will be emailed to you for immediate payment. All cookie orders require full payment to be confirmed. If payment is not received within 3 days upon receiving an invoice, the order will be void and invoice cancelled.
Requests,Returns & Refunds
All order requests (including designs, additional cookies, etc) must be finalized two weeks before the order is due. No changes can be made to your order after this point.
We spend a lot of time on each individual cookie and hope our customers enjoy every bite. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at TheCookieCurator@gmail.com immediately to get any issue resolved. We do not give full or partial refunds.
