Policies

How do I place an order?

To request a custom order, click on the "Request Cookies" tab. Be sure to include the theme, style, or design you would like. If you are unsure, let us know what the cookies are for and we can help make suggestions. Once the form is submitted, a member of our team will reach out to customize your order.

Please note: we only take a limited number of orders per month. Be sure to include your event date to confirm availability.

Payment:

An invoice will be emailed to you for immediate payment. All cookie orders require full payment to be confirmed. If payment is not received within 3 days of receiving an invoice, the order will be void and the invoice cancelled.

Requests, Returns & Refunds All order requests — including designs and additional cookies — must be finalized two weeks before the order due date. No changes can be made after this point.

 

We put a lot of care into every cookie. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at admin@thecookiecurator.com within 48 hours with photos. We handle all concerns on a case-by-case basis and do not issue full or partial refunds on custom cookie orders.

Shipping & Fulfillment:

Custom cookie orders are available for local pickup or local delivery only — we do not ship baked goods. For merchandise, apparel, and other physical products, please visit our Online Store at the-cookie-curator.myshopify.com.

Classes All class registrations are non-refundable. Please review your schedule carefully before booking.

Camp Cookie:

Cancellations made 21+ days before your camp session are eligible for store credit. Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their spot without credit.
