3. Eligibility To be eligible to enter and win, participants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry

• Be a legal resident of the United States

• Have a valid, public Instagram account at the time of entry and throughout the giveaway period

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of The Cookie Curator, LLC and any participating sponsor brands are not eligible

4. Giveaway Period Each giveaway will have a clearly stated start and end date in the official giveaway post. Entries submitted before or after the stated giveaway period will not be considered. The Cookie Curator reserves the right to extend or shorten the giveaway period at its sole discretion.

5. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete all entry requirements as stated in the official giveaway post, which may include:

• Following @cookiecurator and all listed sponsor accounts on Instagram

• Liking the giveaway post

• Tagging one or more friends in the comments

• Any additional steps listed in the specific giveaway post

6. Entries Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post. Additional entries may be earned through bonus actions as specified. Entries made by bots, scripts, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. The Cookie Curator reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines to be fraudulent or in violation of these rules.

7. Winner Selection One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random selection tool or method determined by The Cookie Curator. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be announced publicly on The Cookie Curator Instagram account and/or notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the giveaway close date.

8. Winner Notification & Verification The selected winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, The Cookie Curator reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The winner may be required to verify their eligibility and provide a valid mailing address within the United States prior to receiving any prize.

9. Prizes Prize details, approximate retail values, and any restrictions will be listed in the official giveaway post. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. The Cookie Curator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are provided by participating sponsors and The Cookie Curator makes no warranty or guarantee with respect to any prize.

10. Taxes The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on any prize received. The Cookie Curator will not be responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt of a prize.

11. Shipping Prizes will be shipped to addresses within the United States only, unless otherwise stated. The Cookie Curator and participating sponsors are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. Gift cards and digital prizes will be delivered electronically.

12. Disqualification The Cookie Curator reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive or offensive manner, violates these Official Rules, or unfollows any required sponsor accounts prior to winner announcement.

Limitation of Liability By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Cookie Curator, LLC, its owners, affiliates, and all participating sponsors from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
