Use of Site You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or scrape content without permission.

Custom Cookie Orders All custom cookie order requests are subject to availability and design approval. Submission of a request form does not guarantee availability. A member of our team will confirm your order details and availability before an invoice is issued.

Payment All cookie orders require full payment upon invoicing. If payment is not received within 3 days of receiving an invoice, the order will be void and the invoice cancelled.

Refunds We do not issue full or partial refunds on custom cookie orders. All concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting photos. We handle all issues on a case-by-case basis.

Classes & Events All class registrations are non-refundable. Please review your schedule carefully before booking.

 

Camp Cookie Cancellations made 21+ days before your camp session are eligible for store credit. Cancellations within 21 days are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit their spot without credit.

Intellectual Property All content on this site — including photos, designs, recipes, copy, and branding — is owned by The Cookie Curator and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability The Cookie Curator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
