Pink & Red Sprinkle Roll-Out Sugar Cookies

These Pink & Red Sprinkle Roll-Out Sugar Cookies are a celebration of love and flavor—perfectly festive and bursting with sweet sprinkle joy!

Pink & Red Sprinkle Roll-Out Sugar Cookies

Yields: 12–18 cookies


Ingredients

    •    1 cup sugar

    •    1 cup butter

    •    1 large egg

    •    1-2 tsp almond extract

    •    1 tsp butter/vanilla emulsion

    •    3 cups flour

    •    3/4 tsp salt

    •    1/4 tsp baking powder

    •    Sprinkles (measure with heart)


Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 

  2. Add the egg and flavorings, mixing until combined. 

  3. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms. 

  4. Fold in sprinkles.

  5. Roll out the dough and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. 

  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F. 

  7. Cut into shapes and bake for 10–12 minutes.


Royal Icing Tip: Add 1–2 teaspoons of almond extract to your royal icing for an extra layer of flavor.
