Reminiscent of a certain favorite childhood cereal that has brought joy into adulthood, invite whimsy into your kitchen with these delicious marshmallow charm roll-out sugar cookies!

Marshmallow Charm Roll-Out Sugar Cookie Recipe
Yields 12 cookies
Ingredients:
• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp butter vanilla extract
• 1 tsp almond emulsion
• 1 large egg
• 3 cups flour
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1–2 cups dehydrated mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and both flavorings, mixing until combined.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms, then fold in the dehydrated mini marshmallows.
Roll out the dough and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut into desired shapes and bake for 10–12 minutes.
Royal Icing Tip: Add butter vanilla or almond emulsion (your choice!) to unflavored royal icing for extra flavor.
