Savor the creamy vanilla extreme and the tart, crunchy cherry taste of these cherry chip roll-out sugar cookies—the perfect treat all year long.

Cherry Chip Roll-Out Sugar Cookies
Yields 12 Cookies
Ingredients
1 C Unsalted butter
1 C Sugar
1 Large egg
1/2 Tbl. Cherry emulsion
1 tsp. Butter vanilla emulsion
3 C Flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
3/4-1 C Cherry chips
Preparation
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add egg and emulsions.
Add dry ingredients.
Roll out dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs.
Cut out in desired shapes and bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes.
For royal icing: Add Butter Vanilla Emulsion while mixing your icing.
