These Mixed Berry Cheesecake Roll-Out Sugar Cookies are a fruity twist on a classic—sweet, vibrant, and bursting with real berry goodness in every colorful bite!

Mixed Berry Cheesecake Roll-Out Sugar Cookies
Yields: 12 cookies
Ingredients:
1 C Unsalted Butter
1 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Large egg
1 Tbl. Water
3 C Flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
1.2 oz Freeze Dried Mixed Berry (powdered)
Instructions:
Place freeze-dried mixed berries into a blender or food processor on low to create a fine powder
Sift out the seeds and place to the side
Cream the butter and sugar
Add egg
Add dry ingredients, including berry powder, and mix well (add water, if needed)
Roll out dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs
Cut out in desired shapes and bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes
Royal icing: Add cream cheese-flavored emulsion to your unflavored royal icing to create a Mixed Berry Cheesecake sugar cookie.
